Refund Policy
G-Sapphire deal in food or perishable items, when you are not satisfied with your food item, you can ONLY return it when it is not opened or sealed. If it is opened, we are very sorry we cannot take it back.
G-Sapphire also have items that are not perishable, for those ones, you can return it within 15days of purchase, we will send your money into your bank accounts.
Late or missing refunds(if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
